Account Executive

Serkitech is looking for a talented and competitive Account Executive that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment, and will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.


  • Self-motivated and the skills to develop new customers
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory


  • Proven outside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Prior SEO, SEM, SMM, Branding, or Web Design sales preferred
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Well-organized and detail oriented, and sold computer skills
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
