You are looking for a full-time remote position and are excited about working with a high growth (50%+ YoY) global team (US, Europe, Asia) assisting with building new WordPress websites and making adjustments and maintaining existing ones.
An intermediate WordPress Developer, you have a keen understanding of the mobile first concept, continuous delivery, site optimization, and speed optimization. Dependable and organized, you possess the ability to deliver results in an expedient timeframe (based on the complexity of the task).
Required Skills & Experience:
Graphic and responsive design skills
WordPress experience in:
Installing and configuring WordPress instances
Optimizing WordPress instances for speed, accessibility, and usability
Theme adjustment and building
MySQL database programming (the WordPress default database)
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT
CSS preprocessors (Sass, LESS)
An understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment
Indri is a 100% remote/work-from-home Company offering location flexibility in a team-oriented environment. Team members are expected to attend twice weekly Scrum calls at 8:30a EST, but schedules are otherwise flexible. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Our process involves completing an assessment profile (DISC) to get to know you better, as well as completing a 2-4 week paid trial project to see how we work together. Please be sure you are comfortable with those requirements before applying.
